‘CURE’ THE WEAKNESSES

’Cure’ is about improvement. Risk assessments may bring all manner of management-related weaknesses to light. Naturally those weaknesses will have to be remedied as quickly as possible. This is what we call improving your organisation. These may be minor improvements to existing management measures. However, it may be necessary to take a more thorough approach. In such cases it is often practical to realise those improvements in the form of a project or programme. Project and programme management is an art in itself. You probably know from experience that by far not all projects and programmes yield the desired results. It takes a lot to deploy people and resources in such a way that you achieve your desired result. We at ACS like no other have what it takes.
