Career before ACS: Highly varied: I worked, in turn, in journalism, consultancy, management and consultancy again. My employers were Radio Netherlands International, Mercuri Urval, NOB and BMC. The recurring theme is the optimisation of organisations and the people that make up those organisations.

Motivation / drive in working for ACS: ACS has a unique mix of innovative power, professionalism and fun.

I focus mainly on assignments in the areas of: Assignments in the fields of programme management, organisation design and coaching.

Passion: To make sure things work (better).
