Foresee

ACS focuses on the management of organisations and organisations in transition. But what does ‘management’ mean? We believe ‘management’ is primarily a matter of four key concepts. Four concepts that happen to all start with a C. This is why we call these 4C, or in a word: Foresee.

The 4 Cs stand for:
- Create: develop your vision, strategy and objectives.
- Construct: focus your organisation on realising the objectives.
- Control: get a grip on your risks and adjust when circumstances change.
- Cure: improve the weaknesses of your organisation where necessary.
