Motivation / drive to work at ACS: ACS is a challenging organisation, which motivates people to think critically for themselves in terms of content. You naturally find this in ACS clients, too, and in the types of assignments we do for them.
My main job here is: Programme Management in all shapes and sizes. Both the design ('Construct') and the execution ('Cure') of programmes take centre-stage I also focus on.
Passion: Making sure people are critical about themselves, their working processes and the organisation they work for.
